becoming irrelevant, then your iceberg is melting! Using the
framework provided through Kotter and Rathgeber’s penguin
fable, this workshop will guide your district or building
team through the eight steps needed for successful
organizational change. Change is never easy, but with these
tools, great results are right around the next iceberg!
Prerequisite: Participants must read the book, Our
Iceberg is Melting, prior to the workshop. |

assist teachers in developing quality rubrics as well as
using rubric results appropriately in the classroom. Topics
include purpose of rubrics, various rubric designs, analysis
of rubric data, and use of results for student feedback and
grading purposes. Limited to 20 people. |

students are proficient in the NYS Learning Standards
without using a standardized test? Are your assessments
aligned? How do you know? This workshop will assist teachers
in aligning existing assessments and locating appropriate
new assessments. Participants will need to bring an existing
assessment or test with them to the workshop. |
