Blackboard is a powerful communication and information tool for both students and parents that motivates and engages all learners in an interactive environment. In this workshop you will learn the basics of setting up a BlackBoard course and how to post your classroom resources.   Participants will also learn to use the communication tools, to create tests and quizzes for students to take inside the Blackboard course environment and to maintain their course site and its contents. Best practices and a plan of action will be shared and discussed. Bring your syllabus, handouts and other classroom materials in digital form to begin creating your online course.
