How do I register for a workshop?

*Send the registration form, which is found on this web page, to the indicated address.  Confirmation from WSWHE BOCES will be sent to you. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration form MUST be signed by your APPROVING ADMINISTRATOR or Chief School Officer. If you misplace the form and/or need other information, please call 581/746-3735.

What happens if a person is registered for a workshop but cannot attend?

 *Cancellations should be made as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop to allow us ample time to fill the class from our waiting list.

 Are workshops ever cancelled or postponed? 

 *Any class without a minimum of six participants is subject to cancellation. Sometimes classes will be postponed due to extenuating circumstances. Scheduled attendees will be notified if a class is cancelled or postponed.

 What about a snow day? 

 *If either Myers Education Center and/or Southern Adirondack Education Center are closed due to inclement weather, classes will be postponed to a future date.

 *If your school is closed and BOCES Centers are open, participants may choose whether or not to attend the workshop.

How should I dress?

*We suggest that you dress in comfortable, casual clothes (shorts are acceptable). It may be  helpful to dress in layers, since room temperatures are sometimes unpredictable.
