2021-22 WSWHE BOCES Stay Open Plan
The WSWHE BOCES 2021-22 Stay Open Plan was developed by a team of board members, administrators, teachers, nurses, and other staff members. We have been coordinating with our 31 component school districts. To allow the WSWHE BOCES to safely stay open and bring students back to school in-person and at 100% capacity, there are a number of features, contingencies, and safety protocols that we must implement. As such, we are following the guidance from the CDC and New York State Education Department to make decisions about the use of COVID-19 prevention strategies in order to bring students back to school in person 5 days a week. Please note that the plan is subject to change if federal, state or local mandates are put in place.
