As per Faculty Unit Negotiated Agreement - Article 10.16 OR

As per SRP Unit Negotiated Agreement - Article 17.14

Payment shall be made upon the conclusion of activities each semester.
The successful candidate must be actively employed during the period of appointment

from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Must complete Boys Town Consultant re-training during scheduled summer and fall dates. Training must be completed prior to receiving stipend. Consultants must apply for a position to receive stipend. Application will be on an annual basis.

Responsibilities:

FUNCTION: To assist in the implementation of the Boys Town Specialized Classroom Management model at the Southern Adirondack Education Center, Sanford Street Teaching and Learning Center, and the F. Donald Myers Education Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (The following are illustrative only and not limiting or all-inclusive.)

Conduct data sweeps three times per year for each program including pre and post conversations with individual teachers.
Collaborate with the principal to develop and implement program goals and objectives based on sweeps and district-wide goals.
Collaborate with the principal to determine agenda items and activities for Boys Town debriefs.
Provide consultation on the interpretation of the Boys Town Specialized classroom system to staff and administration (not a decision-making role).
Provide short training modules and PD based on building and division goals/priorities.
Attend and participate in meetings with the Principal for Special Programs.
Attend monthly district level consultant meetings in person at Ballard Road
