EAP is a confidential service for employees of participating districts seeking services for themselves and/or family members.
Services are available to employees and their dependents at no cost and include:
Services will be provided by the Capital Region EAP, an independent service provider. The School Improvement Services Office coordinates the program and the provision of workshops to participating districts on such topics as managing stress, workplace communication, etc. A BOCES-led regional advisory council monitors program implementation.
"On behalf of Indian Lake Central School District I want to acknowledge the outstanding Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offerings available through WSWHE Boces and Capital EAP. In addition to the services provided employees, Indian Lake has utilized the training in management/leadership skills and workplace issues. These workshops were provided to supervisors on-site and through our distance-learning network. The workshops were professional learning experiences and we look forward to offering additional workshops to our staff."
