Fingerprinting services are available for prospective new staff and certification applicants in our school districts. Fingerprints are scanned and electronically transmitted to the New York State Education Department for a criminal history background check processed through the NYS Department of Criminal Justice Services and FBI. Employment clearances are expected within 48 hours.
