Monday, October 05, 2015
A total of 95 ninth and tenth grade students from Saratoga Springs, Queensbury and Hudson Falls toured the Advanced Manufacturing Lab on the SUNY Adirondack Queensbury campus. They talked about careers to representatives from Global Foundries, Irving Tissue, Finch Paper, and AngioDynamics. They also learned practical improvisational theatre techniques to enhance creativity, teamwork and leadership from the Mop & Bucket Company. In addition to the on-campus activities, ninth graders had an opportunity to tour Irving Tissue in Fort Edward and tenth graders toured RASP Controls in Gansevoort.
