Art show at Empire State Plaza

Did you know 7 students from the STEP and BEST programs at the Southern Adirondack Education Center have their artwork on display at the Empire State Plaza located in Albany? They were among over 500 students from over 140 schools that submitted original artworks and essays celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Every year New York schools and their K-12 students are invited to submit artworks and essays that reflect on the life and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. These important pieces of community art and writings will be exhibited on the Concourse level of the Empire State Plaza through February 28, 2018.
