WSWHE BOCES Gifted & Talented Programs honored over 90 students in grades 7-12 from 19 school districts at the Talent Unlimited Recognition Ceremony. The event took place in Palamountain Hall and Gannet Auditorium at Skidmore College.
The students showcased stories, essays, poems, photography, paintings, and illustrations that spanned a broad range of subject matters and student experiences.
Honorees and guests enjoyed remarks from guest speaker James D’Andrea. D’Andrea, an artist with an MFA in Figurative Drawing, has exhibited numerous works, including The Drawing Room, at the Saratoga Springs Arts Center, and has a wide range of teaching experience from secondary to post-secondary education.
