This unified platform will initially serve as a WSWHE BOCES and school building communication tool, allowing us to send emails, text messages, and phone calls. Families will have the flexibility to receive information as it arrives or opt for a convenient daily digest each evening. Throughout the rest of the school year, WSWHE BOCES will phase in additional features such as classroom and group messaging, and more.

On December 4, 2023 families will receive an email from ParentSquare to activate their account and download the ParentSquare app. Invitation links will last for 24 hours. Families will need to confirm their email and phone number to activate their account. The best way to utilize ParentSquare is by downloading the ParentSquare mobile app through iOS or Android.
