ECCA and PTECH Students Inducted into National Technical Honor Society

A total of 25 students from the Early College Career Academy (ECCA) and Pathways in Technology Early College High School (PTECH) were welcomed into the prestigious society, and 7 seniors were recognized with their second-year awards.

To be considered for NTHS membership, students must meet rigorous criteria, including a 95 average, endorsement from instructors, and adherence to the society’s core attributes: knowledge, skill, honesty, service, responsibility, scholarship, citizenship, and leadership. This distinction is reserved for students who not only excel academically but also demonstrate personal commitment to excellence and uphold the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.

The National Technical Honor Society is a non-profit organization that celebrates the achievements of outstanding students in vocational, occupational, and technical programs. The NTHS aims to promote the values of honesty, service, leadership, and skilled craftsmanship among students, encouraging them to pursue their educational and career goals while making a significant impact on their communities and industries.

This year’s ceremony was a celebration of hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence in technical education. As members of NTHS, these students join a distinguished group of future leaders, ready to make meaningful contributions to the world of work and industry.
