In 2023, we asked the WSWHE BOCES community to share their perspectives and your feedback played a vital role in shaping our currentFuture Focused For All Students 2023-2026 Strategic Plan (click here to view). That plan has helped guide our decisions, clarify our priorities, and define what we value as a BOCES community. Now, as we look ahead, we are once again seeking your input to help refresh and refine our long-term vision.
The updated strategic plan will highlight what is working well in our BOCES while also identifying opportunities for growth. Your insights remain central to this work. We invite you to share your thoughts on our strengths, areas for improvement, and the priorities you believe should continue to guide our BOCES in the years to come. In our previous strategic planning process, the following priorities emerged: The Student Experience, Supportive Staff Culture, and Operations. In this planning cycle, a key objective is to assess not only the continued relevance of these priority areas, but also to determine whether additional or alternative priorities should be considered.
