Each classroom teacher presented awards to students and highlighted their accomplishments during their time at Sanford Street.
Principal Elizabeth Wild shared words of encouragement and pride for the sixth grade students.
"This morning we are completely united as one community, sharing the exact same goal: celebrating a massive milestone for these incredible students," said Wild. "Every single one of you has grown by leaps and bounds this year. You tackled tougher schoolwork, pushed through the bumpy days, shared countless laughs, and mastered the art of supporting one another. You are the reason our school feels so vibrant, welcoming and alive every single day."
Four special awards were presented for Art, Physical Education, Incredible Growth and the Principal's Award.
Before the ceremony concluded, a highlight video created by Mrs. Mack was shown, reflecting on the students' memories and experiences at Sanford Street.
