The 2020-21 Reopening Plan for WSWHE BOCES required a communication plan which promotes healthy habits to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensures safety protocols are being followed. Several activities to sustain engagement were identified.

Prior to COVID-19, BEARs students would do a daily circle time where students get together and talk about their day, and work on social skills. After COVID-19, students were not able to truly interact with their peers. Now with Chromebooks, they are able to engage.
Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Human Services program students at both CTE centers are thankful to be back in the classroom and, at the same time, to be able to help their community this holiday season.
