Teacher Certification

The process for Classroom Teacher certification is unique based on the individual.  There are multiple pathways to obtain certification. Each pathway has specific requirements.

In addition to the application process, certification applicants will also be required to complete the following items based on their selected pathway:

- Certification Workshops
- Fingerprinting

Exams: 
- NYS Teacher Certification Examinations
- Educating All Students (EAS)
- Content Specialty Tests (CST)
