Christmas Joy Project

On December 23 Criminal Justice Studies students from the F. Donald Myers Education Center and the Saratoga Springs Police Department (SSPD) teamed up to spread some joy this holiday season.

Exceptional Learners Help Prevent The Spread of COVID-19

The 2020-21 Reopening Plan for WSWHE BOCES required a communication plan which promotes healthy habits to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensures safety protocols are being followed. Several activities to sustain engagement were identified.

Circle Time Goes Remote

Prior to COVID-19, BEARs students would do a daily circle time where students get together and talk about their day, and work on social skills. After COVID-19, students were not able to truly interact with their peers. Now with Chromebooks, they are able to engage.
