Planning COSERs are available for:

Management Planning: Component districts can share the costs of consultants to conduct efficiency studies, develop plans, and make recommendations for school district administration.
Financial Management of Medicaid Accounting Services, which includes several user meetings per year.
State Aid Planning: A comprehensive review of existing State Aid components and proposals is available to districts. This service provides individualized data on any portion of the formulas and is a resource for claiming actual aid due as well as budgeting for the future.
