The BOCES Media Library contains a variety of resources including:
Physical Resources:
- Over 400 DVD collection titles
- 125 Big Book titles – each big book title is accompanied by a teacher's guide, student copies of the book, and many include an audiotape reading of the book
- 650+ Multiple Book titles – this collection covers all grades and contains 25-100+ student copies of each book.
- 50 Audiobook and Playaway titles, featuring unabridged books on CD and individual Playaways designed to enhance student listening skills. Each title is accompanied by a physical copy of the book
- 77+ Jackdaws Primary Resource Kits. A Jackdaw is a curated collection of hands-on primary source materials, offering a variety of engaging and relevant documents. These resources are designed to captivate students and bring history to life in the classroom.
- STEM Resources: LEGO Education BricQ Motion Prime Kits (12), LEGO Education SPIKE Essential Kits (12), LEGO Education SPIKE Prime Set (10), Spintronics Kits (16), Turing Tumbles (15).
Virtual Resources:
- Sora Ebooks & Audiobooks: MultiMedia Services provides access to an advantage collection, providing books for both students and classroom collection.
- ClickView Streaming: ClickView is an educational streaming platform that offers thousands of curriculum-aligned videos for K-12 and higher education. ClickView provides high-quality content across various subjects, along with interactive tools like quizzes and annotations to engage students. Accessible via integrations with platforms like Google Classroom, ClickView supports diverse learning needs and enhances teaching with visually engaging resources.
- SWANK K-12 Streaming: Swank K-12 Streaming provides schools with legal access to a vast library of licensed movies and educational films for instructional use. The platform includes thousands of titles from major studios, covering a wide range of subjects and genres to enhance classroom learning. Designed for convenience, Swank allows teachers to stream content on-demand, integrate it with lessons, and share it via learning management systems, all while ensuring copyright compliance.
- PBS LearningMedia: PBS LearningMedia is a free, online educational platform that offers a vast collection of high-quality, curriculum-aligned resources for K-12 educators and students. Featuring videos, lesson plans, interactive activities, and more, it covers a wide range of subjects, including science, math, social studies, and the arts. Resources are created or curated by PBS and its member stations, ensuring trusted and engaging content that supports diverse learning styles. (Provided by WMHT).

The collection can be accessed and booked online via the MultiMedia Library Catalog. You may also request materials by phone or email.
Cooperative Sheet Music
The Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES Cooperative Music Library offers districts an affordable way to expand their music collections, serving over 50 districts across six BOCES. With a catalog of more than 6,000 titles for band, orchestra, and chorus, the library provides music selections suitable for elementary, middle, and high school students. Members can access the online catalog to browse and reserve materials, ensuring their students benefit from a diverse and cost-effective range of musical resources.
The Cooperative Sheet Music program is an optional RWADA based service under the MultiMedia Service. Districts that are not members of MultiMedia Service can participate in the Cooperative Sheet Music program at the non-member rate.
