Portable Planetarium

Consisting of an inflatable dome, projector, projection cylinders, and optional accessories, the Starlab System is a portable alternative to a field trip. With the teacher acting as the planetarium guide, he or she can talk students through the experience, adapt to the needs of particular students and/or wonder with students about the universe. The portable planetarium lesson invites discussion and commentary. 

Transportation of the Starlab is provided by BOCES for those district participating in the Courier Service. Training is also provided.
