Clerical Staff Development

This service enables districts to train clerical staff to improve the skills necessary to do their jobs effectively and efficiently. It also allows districts to train staff members to carry out State Education Department initiatives. 

Examples of trainings include but are not limited to: 

  • Specific school software packages
  • New federal and state regulations (i.e. HIPA, FERPA, ACCES, etc.)
  • Educational compliance issues

Conference, workshops, and classes will be offered as needed/requested by the 31 component school districts.
