On Thursday, December 18, 2025, WSWHE BOCES, in partnership with Saratoga County, hosted CTE Works! 2025, a one-day interactive career exploration event at the Saratoga Springs City Center.

Administrators and school counselors from local school districts gathered Monday, December 1, 2025, at SUNY Adirondack for the Early College Career Academy Leadership Luncheon.

The Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex (WSWHE) BOCES officially broke ground today on its Vision 2027: Future-Focused Facilities project marking a significant step toward a modern, centralized K–12 instructional campus designed to expand hands-on learning and student supports.

On November 3, 2025, students from the Career and Technical Education Small Animal Science program represented WSWHE BOCES at the Fall BOCES Expo, hosted in partnership with the New York State Education Department. The F. Donald Myers Education Center Environmental Conservation & Forestry student team recently traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana to compete at the National FFA Convention, representing New York State in the Forestry Career Development Event.

Students at the F. Donald Myers Education Center recently showcased their creativity through a project titled “Presenting Me at School,” led by Art Teacher John VanDenbergh. The project invited students to reflect on who they are and how they connect with their community, just in time for Unity Week.

October is National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month, and each year, students and staff across WSWHE BOCES come together to celebrate Unity Day through engaging and meaningful activities. The event is part of a national movement to stand together against bullying and promote kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.

In school, they are surrounded by a strong network of educators, counselors, and specialists who help them navigate daily life and learning. But what happens after graduation—when those supports shift from the classroom to the community?
