Salary:	$2,782 - Per SABEA Faculty and SRP Contracts (Any Advisor can be shared between two staff members. The stipend is then split evenly with both staff.)

Qualifications:

As per Faculty Unit Negotiated Agreement; Article 10.8 or As per SRP Unit Negotiated Agreement; Article 17.11

Organizations must establish an extra-curricular account, elect officers, adopt a constitution or statement of purpose and be authorized by the BOCES. The successful candidate must be actively employed during the period of appointment from September 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

Responsibilities:

POSITION FUNCTION

Under the direction of the Principal for CTE Programs and Principal for Special Programs, the Central Treasurer will record, maintain and disburse all funds related to student organization activities within the Southern Adirondack Education Center and the F. Donald Myers Education Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain financial accounting records of all funds collected to support Youth Activities.
Disburse funds as required to support Youth Activities.
Provide a monthly financial status report for Youth Activities.
Provide Financial Seminars for Student Treasurers.
Audit Youth Activity records for compliance with Central Office.
Responsible for maintaining and overseeing the extracurricular accounts associated with Youth Organization activities.
